About Us

BP Cares is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the Caribbean heritage and enhancing the well-being of the community. It was founded on the principles of youth education, cultural events, social awareness, charitable giving, and preservation of culture.

We recognize the importance of youth education and equips them with the skills required for career development, such as customer service, financial literacy, and time management. We support the Caribbean diaspora by raising funds for needs such as disaster relief, health and wellness, income needs, and education.

BP Cares aims to celebrate cultural awareness by hosting free or low-cost events to keep the Caribbean culture relevant in the urban spaces of NYC. We strive to help the less fortunate by providing supplies for school, home necessities, feeding communities, and other initiatives.

Our primary mission is to create equitable opportunities for the community, promote healthy relationships, and foster sustainability. BP Cares achieves this through various initiatives such as volunteer opportunities for youth to learn valuable skills, fundraising for the Caribbean diaspora’s needs, hosting cultural events, and providing aid to the less fortunate.
